Cosmopolitan Houses
Global real estate brand, Douglas Elliman, needed a website for their property in Sunnyside, Queens.
Our objective for this website build was two-fold: create an informative, branded experience for discovering available apartments and provide helpful resources for existing tenants. We accomplished that and more with the Cosmopolitan Houses redesign project. The site works around the clock to ensure vacancies don’t stay empty for long, while serving renters with the helpful tools they need to live happily in the 1,500-unit Sunnyside complex.
